Hi Everyone!! 

I am an AFAA Certified Personal trainer and Certified Group Fitness instructor, I am also licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Toning, Pilates, and Hip hop.  I also teach Yoga on Saturdays at the end of Zumba.  I have been teaching Group fitness since 2007.

I Love to dance and have fun.    I also I think we should go dancing at a club, instead of going to the gym to work out!  That is why I designed my Bluffdale studio to be more like a club.   The group we have at the Bluffdale Studio is amazing, all you have to do is show up, and the party will start for you.
All of my classes at the Bluffdale studio are actually 75 min long so that we can squeeze in 45 min Zumba (cardio), 15-20 min Strength training/Toning and 10-15 min flexibility and balance training.  If you can make it to one of my Bluffdale Studio classes you can get all the fitness essentials, so all you have left to do is eat right (easier said than done!).

Strength Training

In all of my Bluffdale Studio classes I include 15-20 minutes of Strength training or toning.  For a well rounded routine you should be getting cardio, strength training and flexibility/balance a few times a week.  Because I am a certified Personal Trainer and an AFAA Certified Group Fitness instructor I can offer it all.

Zumba Toning

I love Zumba Toning.


Cardio, which is your basic Zumba is an amazing and fun way to burn fat quick.  I offer fun heart pumping routines.  My routines range from very simple to a little more challenging.  There is something for everyone in every class.
